Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 19, 2026

Welcome to the website of 607 Custom Woodworks. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Please discontinue use of the website if you do not agree with them.

About 607 Custom Woodworks

607 Custom Woodworks provides custom cabinetry, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, closets, built-ins, and related woodworking services. Information presented on this website is intended to provide a general overview of our business and services.

Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in a way that violates any applicable law

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Copy or misuse website content without authorization

  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful information

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Estimates and Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through this website does not create a contract or guarantee that 607 Custom Woodworks will accept or perform a project.

Any preliminary pricing, timeframe, or project information provided through the website, by phone, or by email is an estimate only unless included in a written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by both parties.

Final pricing may depend on factors including:

  • Project measurements and specifications

  • Materials, finishes, hardware, and design selections

  • Site conditions and accessibility

  • Installation requirements

  • Changes to the requested scope of work

  • Travel distance and project location

  • Material availability and market pricing

A project will be governed by the specific estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement provided for that project. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the project-specific agreement will control.

Project Scheduling

Project dates and completion timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Scheduling may be affected by material availability, supplier delays, weather, site conditions, customer-requested changes, permitting, subcontractor availability, transportation issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

607 Custom Woodworks is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by events beyond its control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information and timely access to the property or work area.

Customers may also be responsible for:

  • Confirming measurements, selections, and design approvals

  • Removing personal belongings from the work area

  • Providing access to electricity, water, or other necessary utilities

  • Disclosing hidden conditions or known property issues

  • Obtaining required approvals from property owners, landlords, associations, or other parties

  • Keeping children, pets, and unauthorized individuals away from active work areas

  • Making payments according to the applicable proposal or agreement

Additional charges may apply when inaccurate information, inaccessible work areas, concealed conditions, or customer-requested changes increase the labor, materials, or time required.

Custom Products and Materials

Cabinetry and woodworking products may be custom-made according to customer-approved measurements, designs, materials, finishes, and specifications.

Natural wood may vary in grain, color, texture, knots, mineral streaks, and other characteristics. These variations are inherent to natural materials and are not necessarily defects.

Colors and finishes shown on screens, photographs, samples, or printed materials may differ from the final product due to lighting, display settings, material variation, aging, and application methods.

Custom-made or specially ordered products may not be returnable or refundable once production or ordering has begun, except as required by law or expressly stated in the applicable project agreement.

Changes and Additional Work

Changes requested after a proposal, design, material selection, or project scope has been approved may require additional charges and may affect the completion schedule.

Additional work will generally require written approval through a revised estimate, change order, invoice, email, text message, or other documented communication.

Payments

Payment amounts, deposits, due dates, and accepted payment methods will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

Customers agree to make payments according to those terms. Work may be delayed or suspended when payments are overdue.

Deposits and payments for custom materials, special orders, design work, fabrication, or completed labor may be nonrefundable to the extent stated in the applicable project agreement and permitted by law.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the project, the amount of work already completed, and whether custom materials have been ordered or fabricated.

Customers may remain responsible for design work, labor performed, materials purchased, restocking fees, supplier charges, and other nonrecoverable project costs incurred before cancellation.

The applicable proposal or service agreement may contain additional cancellation terms.

Warranties

Any workmanship or product warranty offered by 607 Custom Woodworks will be described in the applicable written estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Manufacturer warranties for materials, hardware, appliances, finishes, or other third-party products are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer’s terms.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranties may not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, water intrusion, excessive moisture, structural movement, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, natural material variation, or conditions outside our control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 607 Custom Woodworks and its owner, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these terms, or information you submit through the website.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be modified or limited only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.

They do not replace a separate estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement governing a specific project.
